My technician made every effort to get to us in the midst of a winter snow storm. Appreciate that. We should have asked, but didnt know the amount of the service call charge. Technician did share that there was an extra fee to “dig deeper” since the leak was not a pipe burst issue. We wanted to so what was causing the water drip, so we agreed. He did isolate the problem but the job was not his to complete.

Justin was amazingly helpful in getting an ASAP inspection for my listing and also getting the repairs done in a matter of days at a more than fair price (and thousands, yes thousands!, of dollars cheaper than the original inspector.) My sellers and the new buyers are very happy!! I will recommend Gem City to all of my real estate clients from now on!

Gem city responded same day to a water leak on my second floor. They did a thorough search of the problem area before deciding carving into my dining room ceiling was the only way to find the leak. Once found it was fixed in just a few minutes.

I explained what I was experiencing. He went and checked it out. Explained everything he was going to do. Fixed it all within 2 hrs. Very respectful of our home, even cleaned up after he fixed the problems. Even checked something else out he had seen at no extra charge. Come to find out it wasn't turned all the way off. I really respect his honesty.

I had Brayden as my on-site technician and he was fantastic. Very polite, informative, and diligent on keeping things as clean as possible. It was a water heater removal and installation, not a clean process but at the end my HVAC area looks better than it did when he started and the new lines are very well done (moved from tank to tankless). The overall process was excellent and very easy going. This included reaching out to Gem City Plumbers via the online form, getting a response the very next business day, and even getting multiple responses on the same day as additional information was needed to get the quote worked out. Kudos to the whole team on a well run company that provided service that felt very customer centric and moved much faster than other places that I requested quotes from. Some haven't even responded at this point after the first contact.

I would like to take this opportunity to give a big thanks to Gem City Plumbers. We were faced with a failing hot water heater, but also decided to do a major investment which included a new water softener, whole house carbon filter, and a new sump pump. Of the three quotes we received, which were all pretty close, GCP provided the best options for our needs. As well, they were the only company of the three that actually followed up after a couple days of sending the quote. Not being pushy sales people, but a courtesy call in case we had any questions. That was just another reason to go with GCP. The total time for installation, was roughly 8 hours or so. It was a pleasure having Brayden in our home. He was very professional and did an outstanding job with the space that was available for him to work with. I definitely would recommend GCP for any and all of your plumbing needs!
